Crab Cake
Thawing Time: About 8 hours in fridge for Crab Cake
Oven Baking Instructions for Frozen Crab Cake:
- Preheat to 350°. Place melted butter on Crab Cake.
- Bake for 25 min until golden and reaches an internal temperature of 165°.
You Will Need: ½ Cup Butter, 2oz Water, Old Bay Seasoning, Shallow Baking Pan
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Reform your crab cakes into a ball or patty shape to ensure the crab cakes do not fall apart while cooking(after all, there isn't much filler)
- Place your crab cakes in a shallow baking pan
- Pour 1/2 cup melted butter over crab cakes.
- Pour 2oz of water into the pan
- Place the crab cakes in a preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the top is golden brown. (Oven cooking times may vary)
- Dust with old bay seasoning.
- Smaller crab balls bake in 8-10 minutes.
- Preheat fryer to 325°
- Reform your crab cakes into a ball or patty shape. The crab cakes should be as cold as possible.
- Fry crab cakes until golden brown or longer if you like them crunchy.
- Check the internal temperature to be at least 140°. If it's not, place in a 350° oven for 5 minutes or until desired temperature is reached.
- Preheat to 350. Place melted butter on Crab Cake.
- Bake for 25 min until golden and reaches an internal temperature of 165°.

First of all everything was tasty. Only issue I had was their instructions were not clear on a recipe card which came with my order. Bay sauce came with my order which included 5 different items. Wasn’t sure which item to use the bay sauce on or in. There were also other small containers of sauce which I was not sure how to use. My crab cake egg rolls were supposed to include oriental slaw which i did not receive. I did not have time to check out the instructional videos which the card showed a bar code for. I guess you could say I winged it. Everything was very good but on the pricey side.

The jumbo crab cake is good. I thawed it out yesterday after work. Place it on a cooking tray and place in oven. I check on it and had to turn oven on 365 to get it baked faster but I spray can’t believe it butter on it then finished baking it, I are half. Took it to work warm it up are it with some rice with vegetables and it was still good as heck. It you can warm up a crab cake in microwave the next day and it still taste fresh that’s a good crab cake. Yes so would recommend buying them. This was my first time trying Jimmy seafood so glad I did.
