Tuna Saku
Cook From Thawed:- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and place the tuna steaks in the pan without moving them.
- Sear for approximately 45 seconds.
- After searing, reduce the heat to medium and continue cooking the tuna steaks for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- Flip the tuna steaks over and cook for an additional 2 minutes for rare doneness, or 3 minutes for medium-rare doneness.
