Cooking Instructions: 

Grill Filet on high heat with lid closed as much as possible for 6 to 8 minutes, turn once and grill on direct heat for an additional 4 to 6 minutes for medium rare.

Thawing Instructions (Refrigerator):

  1. Place the frozen filet mignon on a plate or tray to catch any drips during thawing.
  2. Transfer the steak to the refrigerator and allow it to thaw slowly.
  3. Depending on the thickness of the filet mignon and your refrigerator’s temperature, it may take approximately 12 to 24 hours to fully thaw.
