Pan Fried Cooking Instructions From Thawed:-
- Place oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a flat, heavy-bottomed skillet and heat on medium-high until the butter melts.
- Keeping the heat at medium-high, cook the fish on one side for about 3 minutes, or until it is deep brown and crispy. The cooking time might vary depending on the size of the fillets.
- Turn the fish and cook on the second side for about 3 minutes. Remember to turn the fish only once.
- Remove the fish to a serving platter and turn off the heat.
