Valentines Day Box
Date night at home. Includes two slices of Smith Island Cake.
- [You Choose] Two Black Angus Turf choices:
- 12 oz New York strip
- 14 oz Rib Eye
- 8 oz Filet

- [You Choose] Two Surf choices:
- 8 oz crab cake
- 5 oz lobster tail
- Twin jumbo stuffed shrimp
Date night at home. Comes with 2 Black Angus Turf choices of a 12 oz New York strip, 14 oz Rib Eye or an 8 oz. filet and two Surf choices which are 8 oz crab cake; 6 oz lobster tail or twin jumbo stuffed shrimp.
Cooking instructions for Turf Selections:
New York Strip – Allow steak to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes. Season steak with salt and pepper to your taste. Heat grill. Place steak on grill and cook on each side for 4 to 5 minutes; turn steak over and grill for an additional 3 to 5 minutes for medium rare.
Rib Eye – Allow steak to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes. Season steak with salt and pepper to your taste. Heat grill. Place steak on grill and cook on each side for 6 minutes; turn steak over and grill for an additional 6 minutes for medium rare.
Filet – Grill Filet on high heat with lid closed as much as possible for 6 to 8 minutes, turn once and grill on direct heat for an additional 4 to 6 minutes for medium rare.
Cooking instructions for Surf Selections:
Lobster Tail – Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In small bowl combine butter, salt, pepper, paprika, lemon juice and parsley. Brush the mixture evenly over the lobster meat. Place tail on baking sheet and bake approximately for 12 to 15 minutes until lobster is fully cooked but not rubbery. Serve with side of lemon wedge and Enjoy!
Crab Cake- Preheat oven to 425 and bake for 10-12 min.
If desired reshape crab cakes. Place in a shallow baking pan. Melt about a ½ cup of butter and pour over crab cakes. Pour about 2 oz. of water at the bottom of pan to keep crab cakes moist and free from sticking. Dust tops of crab cakes with Old Bay Seasoning. For best presentation plate with a slice of lemon and parsley sprigs. Bake and enjoy!
Stuffed Shrimp- Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 15-20 min.
Grease the bottom of a shallow dish. Place shrimp in a baking dish and bake for 15 to 20 min until it reaches a rich golden-brown coloring.
