2. Place steak on grill at medium to high heat.
3. Cook on each side for 4 to 5 minutes.

  1. Place the frozen T-bone steak on a plate or tray to catch any drips during thawing.
  2. Transfer the steak to the refrigerator and allow it to thaw slowly.
  3. Depending on the thickness of the T-bone and your refrigerator’s temperature, it may take approximately 24 to 48 hours (or 1 to 2 days) to fully thaw.
