Cooking Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
2. Place the Prime Rib into a baking sheet.
3. Place the Prime Rib oven for 10-25 minutes (depending on desired finished temperature).
4. Transfer to a plate with tongs and enjoy! You can pour some of the pan drippings on top of the steak if you desire.
Please Note the Prime Rib will be about Medium Rare when shipped. Every 5-8 minutes will take it up a temp. if you want it like we serve it at Jimmy’s, set your oven on Broil high for the last 2-3 minutes.
Thawing Instructions (Refrigerator):
- Place the frozen prime rib in its original packaging or a leak-proof plastic bag to catch any drips during thawing.
- Transfer the prime rib to a plate or tray to prevent any potential leakage onto other foods in the refrigerator.
- Place the prime rib in the refrigerator and allow it to thaw slowly.
- Depending on the thickness and weight of the prime rib, it may take approximately 24 to 48 hours (or 1 to 2 days) to fully thaw.
