Cooking Instructions:
1. Allow steak to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
2. Season steak with salt and pepper to your taste.
3. Heat grill.
4. Place steak on grill and cook on each side for 4 to 5 minutes; turn steak over and grill for an additional 3 to 5 minutes for medium rare.
Thawing Instructions (Refrigerator):
- Place the frozen New York strip steak on a plate or tray to catch any drips during thawing.
- Transfer the steak to the refrigerator and allow it to thaw slowly.
- Depending on the thickness of the New York strip and your refrigerator’s temperature, it may take approximately 12 to 24 hours to fully thaw.
