Cooking Instructions:
Grill Filet on high heat with lid closed as much as possible for 6 to 8 minutes, turn once and grill on direct heat for an additional 4 to 6 minutes for medium rare.
Thawing Instructions (Refrigerator):
- Place the frozen filet mignon on a plate or tray to catch any drips during thawing.
- Transfer the steak to the refrigerator and allow it to thaw slowly.
- Depending on the thickness of the filet mignon and your refrigerator’s temperature, it may take approximately 12 to 24 hours to fully thaw.
