Video Cooking Instructions Thawing Time: About 13.5 - 14 hours in fridge for Cream of Crab Microwave Cooking Instructions:- Remove lid and slightly open film seal.
- Microwave on high for about 3 minutes or until temperature of 165°F is reached.
- Transfer soup to saucepan.
- Heat over medium high, stirring frequently, for about 4 minutes, or until temperature of 165°F is reached.
