Shipping Policy
We highly recommend placing your order in advance to ensure timely delivery of your package, ideally at least one day prior to your intended consumption date. Our food products have a refrigeration lifespan of 3 days and can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 weeks.
To preserve the quality of our products, we ship them in coolers equipped with gel packs and dry ice. Our packaging is designed to withstand a transit period of 3 days, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of your order. Rest assured that as long as your package arrives within the recommended timeframe and maintains a temperature of 45°F or below, our food is guaranteed to be safe for consumption.
Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered during the checkout process. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that any address updates will be possible. Please note that we take measures to verify the shipping address prior to order placement.
We regret to inform you that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Perishable Insurance
Perishable insurance policy offers coverage in the event that your package arrives spoiled. In such cases, you will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, with the exception of the insurance fee.
Our shipments are packed to arrive safe with at least 3 days of travel.
Event Policy
There are no refunds for any reason on Jimmy’s Famous Seafood events.
