Five Course Wine Dinner Jan-19
The Famous is thrilled to partner with The Francis Ford Coppola Winery to create a very special fundraiser for Show Your Soft Side! Our Chefs have prepared a 5-course Seafood-Inspired menu, with each course featuring a wine from The Coppola Wines Collection!
The event will begin at promptly 6:30 PM, and will feature acoustic music in addition to descriptions of each course from both the food & beverage connoisseurs!
We proudly present the menu…
- First Course – Crab Salad Canape, Steak Tartare, Shrimp Salad Tartines
- Second – Curried Lobster & Butternut Bisque
- Third – Grilled Beef Tenderloin; Celery Root Puree, Trumpet Mushrooms, Sauce Bordelaise
- Fourth – Pan Roasted Scallops; Braised Leeks, Risotto, Beurre Blanc
- Final – Dark Chocolate Tart; Chantilly Creme
Enjoy this masterful menu – complimented by red, white, and sparkling accompaniments. Proceeds will benefit SYSS, a public service campaign that was created to change the mindset of young people who all-too-often view the maiming and torturing of defenseless cats and dogs as a sign of “toughness” or “manhood.”
In an effort to keep this event as intimate as possible, ticket sales will be capped at 50. Single admission is $99, and couples or duos are available for a discounted rate of $175! As always, we have a plethora of surprises and enhancements awaiting – a trademark of all Famous Events & Fundraisers!
