Tuna Saku

Cook From Thawed:

  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat and place the tuna steaks in the pan without moving them.
  • Sear for approximately 45 seconds.
  • After searing, reduce the heat to medium and continue cooking the tuna steaks for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  • Flip the tuna steaks over and cook for an additional 2 minutes for rare doneness, or 3 minutes for medium-rare doneness.
