White Rice
Microwave Instructions From Frozen
- Remove shrink wrap.
- Cover with a vented lid.
- Heat for microwave for 1.5 minutes minutes, stir and heat for another 1.5 minutes or until rice is heated through
Microwave Instructions From Thawed (allow 6-8 hours to thaw in fridge):
- Remove the lid and cover with a damp paper towel.
- Place in the microwave.
- Heat in 30 second increments, stirring until heated through.

- Add ¼ cup milk or water stirring frequently

- Remove shrink.
- Wrap cover with a vented lid.
- Cook for 3.5 minutes. Remove Gumbo & stir. Cook for 3.5 more minutes, remove & sitr. Cook for 1 mine and enjoy.
Stove Top Instructions From Thawed (allow 6-8 hours to thaw in fridge):
- Add ¼ cup stock of your choice or water.
- Heat in saucepan over medium heat stirring frequently until internal temperature is at least 145°F
Blackened Mini Crab Cakes
Baked or Broiled Instructions for Fresh Crab Cake
You Will Need: ½ Cup Butter, 2oz Water, Old Bay Seasoning, Shallow Baking Pan
- Preheat the oven to 425°.
- Reform your mini crab cakes into a ball or patty shape to ensure the mini crab cakes do not fall apart while cooking(after all, there isn’t much filler)
- Place your crab cakes in a shallow baking pan
- Pour 1/2 cup melted butter over mini crab cakes.
- Pour 2oz of water into the pan
- Place the mini crab cakes in a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Dust with old bay seasoning
