White Rice

Microwave Instructions From Frozen

  • Remove shrink wrap. 
  • Cover with a vented lid.
  • Heat for microwave for 1.5 minutes minutes, stir and heat for another 1.5 minutes or until rice is heated through

Microwave Instructions From Thawed (allow 6-8 hours to thaw in fridge):

  • Remove the lid and cover with a damp paper towel. 
  • Place in the microwave. 
  • Heat in 30 second increments, stirring until heated through.

Microwave Instructions From Frozen

  • Remove shrink wrap.

  • Heat for 3.5 minutes, stir and cook for another 3.5 minutes

Stove Top Instructions From Thawed (allow 6-8 hours to thaw in fridge)

  • Add to a Sauce pot over medium high heat.
  • Add ¼ cup milk or water stirring frequently
Gumbo

Microwave Instructions From Frozen:

  • Remove shrink.
  • Wrap cover with a vented lid.
  • Cook for 3.5 minutes. Remove Gumbo & stir. Cook for 3.5 more minutes,  remove & sitr.  Cook for 1 mine and enjoy.    

Stove Top Instructions From Thawed (allow 6-8 hours to thaw in fridge): 

  • Add ¼ cup stock of your choice or water. 
  • Heat in saucepan over medium heat stirring frequently until internal temperature is at least 145°F
Blackened Mini Crab Cakes 

Baked or Broiled Instructions for Fresh Crab Cake

You Will Need: ½ Cup Butter, 2oz Water, Old Bay Seasoning, Shallow Baking Pan

  • Preheat the oven to 425°.
  • Reform your mini crab cakes into a ball or patty shape to ensure the mini crab cakes do not fall apart while cooking(after all, there isn’t much filler)
  • Place your crab cakes in a shallow baking pan
  • Pour 1/2 cup melted butter over mini crab cakes.
  • Pour 2oz of water into the pan
  • Place the mini crab cakes in a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Dust with old bay seasoning
