Conventional Oven – from frozen

• Preheat oven to 350 F
• Remove lid and cover tray with aluminum foil
• Bake for 45 minutes or until 165 degrees F

Microwave – from frozen

• Remove lid and cover tray loosely with paper towel to prevent splatter
• Microwave on high for 6 minutes
• Stir thoroughly and microwave on high for an additional 2 minutes or until 165 degrees
