It’s our traditional rockfish stuffed with our famous crab! We tried to take our Maryland State Fish as well as our Famous Maryland Crabs and create a dish truly representing Jimmy’s greatest.
Note: Stuffed Rockfish is not pre-stuffed, stuffing comes separately in package.
Cooking Instructions
Stuffed Rockfish
Video Cooking Instructions Oven Instructions: You Will Need a Baking Pan-
- Preheat oven 400°
- Season Rockfish with Old Bay and Place on Baking Sheet
- Add a TbSP of Butter/oil to the top and bake for 4-6 minus at 400°
- Place Crab Imperial along the top of the fish and cook until golden brown 4-6 minutes
- Serve and enjoy.

The Rockfish was excellent, cooked nicely as per your instructions, there was however no Crab Imperial included. A 6 oz Crab Cake came instead. The Crab paired up nicely with the Rockfish, but I’d have rather tried the Imperial. A generous amount of Crab Imperial would have justified the cost.

Turned out great. Just had to use the broiler at the end to heat up the crab cake. Loved it and will buy it again.
