Frozen Crab Cake
Thawing Instructions: For frozen crab cakes, allow about 8 hours to thaw in the refrigerator before cooking.
Oven Baking Instructions- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place 1/2 cup melted butter on the crab cake.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. (Oven times may vary.)
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Place 1/2 cup melted butter on the crab cake.
- Air fry for 25 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
T-Bone
Thawing Instructions:- Place the frozen T-Bone on a tray to catch any juices that may drip during thawing
- Transfer to refrigerator to allow it to thaw slowly
- Depending on thickness, T-Bone should take between 24 to 48 hours to fully thaw
- Preheat grill to 450°F • Season both sides of the T-Bone with salt and pepper, or your favorite seasoning blend
- Reduce heat to medium or high, and grill for 4 to 5 minutes on each side
- Check the internal temperature to be at least 130°F — if not, continue to grill until temperature is reached • Serve with your favorite sides & enjoy!
- Prepare: Pat steak dry with a paper towel and season generously with salt, pepper, or Famous Steak Seasoning.
- Heat Pan: Preheat a heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat and add oil to coat.
- Sear: Place steak in the pan, laying it away from you. Sear for 3–4 minutes per side until a golden crust forms.
- Butter-Baste: Add butter and herbs to the pan, spooning the melted mixture over the steak to enhance flavor.
- Cook to Temp: Adjust cooking time for thicker cuts. Use a thermometer for doneness (e.g., 135°F for medium-rare).Rest: Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Mini Stuffed Shrimp
You Will Need: Baking Pan
Oven Instructions From Frozen
- Preheat oven 350°
- Grease the bottom of the baking pan.
- Place shrimp in a baking dish and bake for 12 min until it reaches a rich golden-brown coloring.
- Preheat oven 375°
- Place shrimp in the air-fryer and cook for 10 min until it reaches a rich golden-brown coloring.
Thaw Time 6-8 hours in the fridge

- Preheat oven 350°
- Grease the bottom of the baking pan.
- Place shrimp in a baking dish and bake for 5 min until it reaches a rich golden-brown coloring.
- Preheat oven 375°
- Place shrimp in the air-fryer and cook for 4 min until it reaches a rich golden-brown coloring.
Steamed Shrimp
You Will Need: Baking Pan Allow 6-8 Hours to thaw Oven Instructions From Thawed- Preheat oven 225°
- Place single layer of shrimp on the baking pan
- Cover baking pan with aluminum foil to keep shrimp moist
- Heat in oven for 3 to 4 minutes
- turn off the oven and let the steamed shrimp sin in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes
- Serve and enjoy.
