Prepared using Jimmy’s award-winning original family recipe, each crab cake is packed with premium-quality crab meat full of that irresistible Chesapeake Bay flavor — and hardly any filler!

Our fresh crab cakes are never frozen. Your order will be carefully packed by hand the same day it is shipped, and delivered on ice. For optimal freshness, we recommend preparing and eating your crab cakes immediately upon receipt, though you can also refrigerate them for up to 3 days prior to cooking.

Crab Cake
- Preheat to 350°. Place melted butter on Crab Cake.
- Bake for 25 min until golden and reaches an internal temperature of 165°.
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Reform your crab cakes into a ball or patty shape to ensure the crab cakes do not fall apart while cooking(after all, there isn't much filler)
- Place your crab cakes in a shallow baking pan
- Pour 1/2 cup melted butter over crab cakes.
- Pour 2oz of water into the pan
- Place the crab cakes in a preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the top is golden brown. (Oven cooking times may vary)
- Dust with old bay seasoning.
- Smaller crab balls bake in 8-10 minutes.
- Preheat fryer to 325°
- Reform your crab cakes into a ball or patty shape. The crab cakes should be as cold as possible.
- Fry crab cakes until golden brown or longer if you like them crunchy.
- Check the internal temperature to be at least 140°. If it's not, place in a 350° oven for 5 minutes or until desired temperature is reached.
- Preheat to 350. Place melted butter on Crab Cake.
- Bake for 25 min until golden and reaches an internal temperature of 165°.

I am a “crab cake snob”. If the cake has even a modest amount of filler, I won’t eat it. Having said that, the people at Jimmy’s are magicians. Saw the billboard war on TV which was hilarious. Had to get behind Jimmy’s with a first time purchase. Bought the crab cakes for us and the in/laws. We all loved them. I thawed them and put them in the air fryer 380• for 15 minutes with a pat of butter on top of each. Amazing lump crab cakes wonder how they stay together without the filler found in others.
